What is HERB SOCIALITE Loyalty?
HERBSOCIALITE Loyalty rewards you with points for every dollar spent at HERBSOCIAL, which you can redeem for discounts on future purchases. It’s our way of saying thank you and keeping you in the loop for exclusive deals and promotions. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
How do I sign up?
You will be able to sign up online or by scanning a QR code available in-store. Staff are also happy to assist with enrollment at checkout.
Do I get a bonus for signing up?
Yes! When you join HERBSOCIALITE Loyalty, you will receive a welcome bonus of $5 to use on your next purchase of $100 or more.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned with every qualifying purchase. 1 point per dollar spent.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have accumulated 500 points, you can redeem them for $5 off your purchase. Redemptions can be made in larger increments, up to 10,000 points for $100 off. Simply ask our staff to apply your points at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 180 days after your last purchase unless you make another qualifying purchase, which resets the expiration timer.
How can I check my points balance?
You can view your current points and rewards balance anytime through the HERBSOCIALITE Loyalty wallet accessible: here, via a link sent by text or email, or by asking staff during your visit.
What if I want to opt out of the program?
You can opt out at any time. However, opting out means you will no longer earn points, redeem rewards, or receive exclusive discounts and promotions.
Can I update my contact information linked to the loyalty program?
Yes, your contact information can be updated during your visit with the help of staff or through your online loyalty profile to make sure you continue receiving updates and special offers.
Are there any special bonuses or promotions?
Absolutely! Besides the welcome bonus, we offer surprise point promotions and upcoming refer-a-friend rewards exclusive to loyalty members.
Do I have to be a loyalty member to get discounts?
Yes, only active loyalty program members qualify for rewards and discounts.
Loyalty Reward Coupons are valid for single use on eligible purchases. Discounts and Loyalty Reward Coupons are not stackable. The Loyalty Reward Coupon cannot exceed the order subtotal (pre-tax). HERBSOCIAL may modify or end Loyalty benefits at any time. Inventory subject to change. Misuse may result in loss of HERBSOCIALITE privileges.
